Wild and Free

Wild and free

Inspired by the fact that “all good things are wild and free”, we’ve blended fun mix of cowboys, the wild west, American Indians, bows, arrows, teepees, feathers, pow-wows and wilderness to create a very spirited theme full of adventure.

The Cloud9 Project -Wild and Free themed package for hire

This gender neutral theme is great for birthdays of any age, as well as for baby showers and other special occasions. The package comes with a lovely collection of our professionally styled theme inclusions, with unique custom made items like the bunting and chalkboard art table runner.

You can either have the hire package delivered to you so you can set it up yourself, or if you’d rather have it all ready to go then we are more than happy to set up and pack away for you. We can also organise all the party food, drinks, birthday cake, entertainment and more.

We have put together a great variety of handmade and carefully matched items, and so you can create an amazing table-scape for your party. Here’s a list of what is included with the package hire:

  • An 8 foot trestle table (W:762 H:737 L:2440 and folds in half when not in use)
  • Tablecloth, chalkboard table runner, bunting
  • All the pictured themed decorations, cake and food platters and stands
  • Glass drink dispenser
  • *Party bags (brown paper bags with theme design and “thank you” – unfilled so you can add your own goodies. 24 bag set, more can be added)
  • *Paper plates, paper cups, wooden crockery and serviettes (these are disposable items and come in a set of 24 pieces of each. And no nasty plastics!)
  • Includes delivery & collection (Sydney metropolitan areas only. Package is delivered to you 1-2 business days before your event and picked up one working day after your event)
  • Additional Setup, Style & Pack away service available (the packages are designed to be set up easily, but if you’re squeezed for time then we can set it up for you for an additional fee – enquire about this when you make your booking inquiry).

* Party bags, paper plates, cups, straws, crockery & serviettes are the only items that do not need to be packed away after your party for return to us. All other items need to be packed away for us to collect the next working day after your party (if you’re getting our styling services then we will pack it all away for you).

:: Harry’s First Birthday ::

“We would like to thank The Cloud9 Project for helping us out with our son ‘Harry’s’ first birthday. Our theme was ‘Cowboys and Indians’ and the Wild and Free party theme was perfect. Cloud9 was easy to deal with, responsive, had great ideas and everything went seamlessly on the day which saved us a lot of stress. Not having to get there early and set up a table to hold all the food and drinks meant that we could just worry about getting Harry there on time which was amazing! To then also have Cloud9 come and pack it all away too….. the best! Thanks again and hopefully I will get to utilise your service again in the future!!”
